Microsoft Office and Access must already be
installed.

Click the Start button, select Settings
and then Control Panel. This will bring up the Control
Panel window.

Double-click Add/Remove Programs. This will
bring up a list of installed programs.

Scroll down the list of installed programs until you see Microsoft
Office.

Double-click Microsoft Office. This
will bring up the Microsoft Office Maintenance Mode.

Click on the Add or Remove Features button. This will
bring up the Microsoft Office : Update Features window.

Click on the plus (+) sign next to Office Tools.
This will expand into a list of tools that will include Microsoft Graph.

Scroll down to Microsoft Graph.

Click on the down arrow in the icon next to Microsoft
Graph. This will drop down a list of selections.

Choose Run from My Computer in the drop down
list. This will update the icon next to Microsoft Graph and collapse
the list.

Click on the Update Now button at the bottom
of the window. This will install Microsoft Graph and return with a
successful completion message.

Close the
Add/Remove Programs and Control Panel windows.

You may be required to restart your system. If so,
please close all other programs before agreeing to restart. This will
make sure you have saved any other work in other windows.

Once restarted, go back into ALEX and test the reports that
include graphs.
