Maintenance

The Maintenance window is the first part of the system that must be set up in order to establish the supporting tables for allocations, collections and expenses.  All transactions and reports are dependent on the data accessible from the Maintenance window.

The supporting data under the Maintenance window is divided into 3 areas.  The first area is the unique information per district such as Management Codes, Employees and Fee Demo sites, if any.  The second area is the national data tables used by all districts as established by the USDA such as EBLI Fund Codes and Work Activity Codes.   The last area are also national data tables used by all districts as established by the NFC such as System Transactions Codes, Budget Object Codes and Salary Transaction Codes.  All of these data tables must be set up before any transactions can be entered.  Since all districts use the same USDA/NFC data, the national data tables have already been set up for each installation and can be changed, if needed.

The Close button will close the Maintenance window and return to the main window.
