If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following problem report.  You may also want to check out our list of known problems.

If what you want to make a suggestion or request an enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

Problem Report

When you submit your problem, it will be entered into our system for tracking purposes.  The problem will be assigned to the appropriate person to resolve the problem.  Periodically we will post notices regarding problems reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the Questions page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

    (note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible problems)
